part of their CRC initiatives, many states have developed queryable
databases of WorkKeys and CRC results. These databases have
become valuable planning tools for educators, economic development
agencies, local and state WIBs, and governors. They are used
to demonstrate both the existing skill levels of incumbent
and potential employees, and the trainability of the general
perhaps unintended consequence is that the existence of these
databases also indicates a systematic and committed approach
to workforce and economic development that many employers
who are considering moving into a region find an incentive.
template to develop a database is available from many states. A new "front page" on the template
will make the database unique to your program. Visit the NC Talent reserve site to see what is possible.
